The benefits in your contract depend on what your employer has negotiated with your carrier, along with the amount you choose to pay in premiums. We will estimate your portion of our fees at each appointment. The full amount charged for the services rendered is due upon completion of treatment, but we will be happy to offer you several different Financing options.
